ACCEPTANCE OF WORK

All work is carried out by DCO Branding Agency on the understanding that the client has agreed to DCO's Policies & Conditions.

 

The customer also agrees to allow DCO Branding Agency to place websites and other designs, along with a link to the client’s site on DCO Branding Agency's own website for demonstration purposes and to use any designs in its own publicity.

REVISIONS

Standard design projects include two rounds of revisions. An additional revision fee of $30 per will be accessed onto a quote for additional revisions and or changes and additions.

 

TURNAROUND

Standard design projects are completed with a 2-3 day turnaround. Rush fees are applicable for design work that require immediate attention or a shorter turnaround time frame.

 

PRICING

Prices may vary due to content production. DCO accepts alternative forms of payment equal or more than the value of the quoted project if a client is unable to pay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

All accepted projects require a 50% non-refundable security deposit prior to the start of the project.

 

Once the invoice is paid, the project begins and DCO will send a proof of the artwork once completed. Once the final design is approved by the client for finalizing, payment of the remaining balance is required to receive the finished product.

MEETINGS

All confirmed meetings are subject to a ten-minute wait policy. DCO will wait at least ten minutes before leaving a confirmed meeting. DCO will eMail to follow-up and reschedule the confirmed meeting. Online conference calls &  in-person meetings are recognized as meetings subject to the DCO Meeting policy.  

 

A missed rescheduled meeting will not be rescheduled by DCO & DCO forfeits responsibility for rescheduling additional meetings. 
 

DESIGN CREDITS

The customer agrees to allows DCO to place a credit on printed material exhibition displays, advertisements, and/or a link to DCO Branding Agency's own website on the customer’s website. This will usually be in the form of a small logo or line of text placed towards the bottom of the page.
